Position Type: Direct Hire  (70-80K Annual Salary)Responsibilities:  Â· Candidates for this position will be installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and resolving Tier II level desktop support problems in a Microsoft Windows environment using clients trouble ticketing system.· Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows based applications.· 3+ year of supporting Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2000/XP)· Any certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE) is a plus· Candidates should have a working knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, networking technologies.MODIS Incorporated is the leader in the field of information technology (IT) consulting and solutions.
