We are looking for a System Software Development Manager to lead a group of top-notch developers based in Santa Clara, CA for CUDA software. You will make sure the team executes to perfection in delivering on internal and customer commitments. You will own prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and managing the execution of all projects and activities of the team applying your excellent technical, leadership, and management skills. To excel in this role, you have to be highly motivated, work well under pressure, be customer focused, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of system software engineers to develop and support CUDA and GPGPU products, including feature development and productization responsibilities Provide scheduling, resource planning, and technical task direction for assigned projects Lead the design and implementation of kernel level drivers and software across multiple operating systems Use your experience in systems level software, PC architecture, and hardware bringup to help develop the next generation of performance graphics solutions Establish relationships and trust through excellent execution, high quality, and exceeding expectations Primary focus will be on supporting the development and productization of CUDA products, but will also be involved with other areas of system software Minimum Requirements:BSEE/CS or equivalent 3+ years of experience in developing complex low-level or embedded projects Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills Capability to achieve objectives under tight deadlines Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities Detailed knowledge of operating system internals, C/C++ language, PC architecture Low-level operating system knowledge, familiarity with development on prototype hardware, experience in memory/resource management Able to work closely with hardware designers and software engineers inside and outside company to design, develop, and debug functional and performance aspects of graphics subsystems and integrated chipsets Experience with complex system debug, Windows device drivers, 2D/3D graphics, ACPI, power aware design, and hardware level and remote debug invaluable.
