TECHNICAL SUPPORT / SALES TELEPHONE REP

A rapidly expanding high tech network hardware company located in North Orange County is looking for a Technical Support / Sales Telephone Support Rep.


Responsibilities of this position include:

 Resolve customer problems via phone and email Process inbound phone and email sales orders Maintain detailed records including customer database through Help Desk Software Must become knowledgeable of products to solve customer issues (training provided) Handle problem recognition, research, isolation and follow-up for routine user problems and refer more complex problems to supervisor


Requirements:1 year experience as phone support technician Must be a quick learner Must be able to handle varying technical levels of end users Strong communications skills, both written and verbal Must be detail oriented and self-motivated Must be a team player, organized and have good interpersonal skills Basic understanding of networking (SOHO) Linux skills helpful
