TELEPROSPECTING MANAGER

Teleprospecting Manager

We are a Northern California software company seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, organized, detail oriented individual to be an active participant in our drive to get to the next level.

SUMMARY:

-Will manage a team of 10 business teleprospectors/telemarketers

-Work with management to develop the process and procedures that will direct department activities going forward

-Work with management to develop reports that define metrics on various levels and to help track progress

-Regularly interact with and support salespeople to achieve sales objectives.

-Work directly with marketing to facilitate planning and strategies that drive lead-gen and track results

-Train and mentor Teleprospecting staff

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in leading and managing a telemarketing team. 

- Experience in the software/hardware/technology space.

 
- Strong experience in defining, developing and implementing successful processes and program management.

- Familiar with contact management software preferably Salesforce.com.

-Experience with working with senior management and sales and marketing executives
