Technical Analyst

Modis is seeking Technical Services Analysts due to growth and required staff demands.  Our highly respected client has an immediate need for the ideal candidate on a 2-3 month contract basis for their Jenkintown, PA location. Overview: We are seeking a Technical Analyst responsible for providing IT technical support for desktop systems (hardware, software & network connectivity issues).  Along with daily responsibilities this position will also be responsible to build and maintain a fully automated software deployment and imaging process. Minimum Requirements: ●5+ years experience in a desktop / technical support role supporting 250+ desktops ●Expertise in the following technologies:  Windows XP Pro Operating System, Microsoft Office, Exchange 2000, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Registry, and Windows Update Service ●Excellent oral and written communication skills, working effectively with others including remote locations and/or outside the company ●Ability to be on-call and respond to emergencies on a timely manner ●Ability to periodically travel between facilitiesA+, MCP, or MCSE Certification is desired Desired skills:●Experience with software deployment tools: SMS, Altiris, Wise, etc)●Citrix Remote Access Desktop and Published Applications●VMWare workstation For immediate consideration, please e-mail directly to michelle.hepner@modisit.com or call 610-832-2204.
