Technical Analyst/Desktop Support

ISS Solutions, a strategic affiliate of Geisinger Health System, provides specialized clinical engineering and information technology support solutions to healthcare and commercial organizations in the mid-Atlantic region.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full time Technical Analyst/Desktop Support, for our client in Elizabethtown, PA.

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for completing IT work order tickets, data backup tape management and site related projects to include: installing, maintaining, and repairing servers; repairing/troubleshooting laptops and desktops; maintaining video conference systems, perform periodic upgrades to computer systems; backup servers; support senior management, and insure maximum network responsiveness.  This position supports the office areas as well as the manufacturing floor IT infrastructure.  This person will also be required to carry a cell phone and be on-call during the absence of the site senior technician.

 

Qualifications:

1 year business experience preferred, but will consider someone directly out of school with a degree in Computer Sciences or similar training (DeVry, etc.).  Above average customer service skills required.
