TECHNICAL MANAGER OF NEW GPU PRODUCTS #1064063
In this highly visible position, you will leverage your technical and managerial expertise to ensure successful introduction of new silicon and board level products at NVIDIA. Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams consisting of key individuals from engineering, operations, sales and marketing. Drive chip, board and/or system level products from development into volume production Provide hands-on technical leadership to find solutions to problems and drive open issues to closure. Develop and refine cross-functional processes to ensure flawless execution and operational excellence. Minimum Requirements:Experience with design, verification, bring-up and validation for chips, boards and software. 5 years experience in technical management of chip design and/or board design 10 years experience in hands-on chip design and/or board design BSEE or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications:Matrix management experience with a track-record of driving successful products to market and into volume production. Strong technical background related to chips, boards and software with an emphasis in COT, ASIC design flows Familiarity of board and silicon operations including fabrication, packaging, procurement, manufacturing and test Experience working with sales and marketing to formulate successful business strategies, define product feature sets, and meet customer schedules Project management experience including scheduling, resource allocation, risk assessment, matrix management, and process development EOE
