Manages multiple complex programs that support the development and release to manufacturing of new board-level Graphics Card products. Manage multiple internal cross-functional relationships, often across geographies. Provide leadership, guidance, direction and focus to drive internal cross-functional teams to manage plans/schedules. Responsibilities:Independently create and update plans that define the structure and objectives for assigned GPU Board projects while ensuring consistency with overall program/project goals. Identify key milestones, assess resources needed, and ensure resource commitments are obtained. Manages task assignments to ensure that project goals are met. Resolve issues/disconnects within teams, escalating to management as required. Assess risks and develops/execute risk management plans. Provide senior management with timely Project Status reports, schedule updates, risks / issues. Facilitates post-mortem activities. In addition to improving existing models, processes, or systems, create new models, processes, systems. Lead major changes of such models, processes or systems which impact entire organizations or departments relating to New Product introduction (NPI). Minimum Requirements:BS EE/CS degree or equivalent 5+ years' experience in board level design; Three previous project/program management experiences, preferably within an engineering or operations environment. Excellent working knowledge of Design, EMI, HW/SW testing, and issues surrounding the development of Board level products. Proven track record of managing the release of quality projects into manufacturing. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues. Very strong leadership, facilitation, and program management skills are required to be successful in this role.
