Technical Support Specialist

Our mission is to become the leading provider of customer satisfaction technology tools to improve customer loyalty.  XenoSurvey™ is looking for IT Support Specialists to work in our corporate office in Greensburg, PA (about 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh).

Basic Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include installation, configuration and support of  Windows XP Tablet PC edition.  Providing phone support in help desk environment working with an incident tracking system. Work on different IT related projects assigned by the CIO.

Specific Responsibilities
· Daily OS Imaging and preparation of Tablets PC for shipping
· Provide hardware support for Tablet PC's, including part replacements
· Resolve Technical issues on XP Tablet PC and Wireless Networks
· Create Best Practice Documents
· Multi-Task in a fast paced environment
· Familiar with Windows 2003 Active Directory
· Familiar with Imaging Process “Ghost”

Qualifications
· Able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm towards helping individuals that are non-technical
· 1-2 years of help desk / desktop support experience
· Windows XP & Server 2003
· TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
· Some familiarity with Cisco VPN clients
· Familiarity with Cisco/Linksys Wireless Routers
· Microsoft Terminal Server
