Founded in 1999, Integrian Inc., a Research Triangle Park, NC company is a full service provider of integrated mobile, rugged, digital and wireless technologies for law enforcement, transportation and corporate applications. We also offer a suite of services including wireless strategy consulting, complete product development, systems integration and independent wireless product test laboratories. Duties and Responsibilities

 Track booth contracts, space and registration Coordinate sponsorships Order show premiums Booth logistics, equipment, design and graphics Pre-show email invitations to customers and attendees Pre-show rep-prep: booth assignments/schedules/badges/packets Coordinate booth equipment; work with engineering, product management, marketing Coordination of signage/posters/booth graphics Manage hotel bookings for Integrian staff & partners Ensure all show leads are captured and handed over to sales in a timely manner Travel to both shows for onsite managementAll other duties as assigned.

 QualificationsAbility to manage multiple details accurately Strong communication skills across several levels/departments Excellent organizations skills High comfort level asserting and enforcing deadlines with vendors and internal colleagues Ability to manage budgets Excellent work ethic and positive attitude a must Sales background a plus

 

Experience:5+ years managing corporate trade shows Lead generation experience 3+ years managing vendor relationships Technical marketing experience highly desirable

 

Education:EM certification highly desirableBachelor's degree in event management or equivalent corporate event planning experience
