Position Description Full time opportunity  IdentityMine is looking to add a Resource Manager to our team in order to manage resources within our design and development departments. Suceeding in this role will require you to have good communication and organizational skills, meaningful prior experience as a traffic/resource manager, project coordinator, or project manager in a web design or software development firm.  RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating and managing all production schedules Management of the flow of projects including the routing of projects to the respective stakeholders for review and approval Update and brief resources on upcoming project they will be included on Ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects within established schedules Contributing to the ongoing refinement of internal processes to maximize quality and efficiency Work with our business development department, project managers, and team leads to assign projects to team members Schedule and manage meetings (kickoffs, internal review, pre-production) and supervise the completion of assignments/projects in compliance with agreed-upon deadlines Oversee daily production meetings Troubleshoot/problem-solve creative production, scheduling, and budgetary issues Making sure skills mentoring is progressing for all resource. Qualifications : 3-5 years of traffic /project management experience (interactive design/development firm while not mandatory is a plus) Take ownership attitude and the ability to balance client and resource demands A commitment to deadlines Excellent problem-solving abilities Job Information Company: Identity Mine Inc Job Title: Traffic/Resource Manager Location: Seattle, WA 98104 Start Date: 3/27/2008 Position: Full Time, Employee
