Problem documentation and tracking, Change mgmt and implementation, Network procedure and documentation maintenance. cable mgmtSkills Required: Expert level skills needed in the following platforms: CISCO Routers and Switches (6000 series, 2800, 3700, etc)., Demonstrated Experience with building, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting CISCO Routers and Switches in a Local Area Network (LAN) environment. Experience using CiscoWorks, Sniffer, Ethereal, and/or similar tools. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Required to be onsite. Must carry a pager and participate in pager rotation.
