Summary:

A Well-established Technology Company is looking for VP Finance / Vice President of Finance / CFO to work at the corporate headquartered Irvine location.

You will have the overall responsibility and authority for the company’s
financial integrity.The individual is responsible for protecting
all corporate assets and analyzing financial risks associated with ongoing
operations and development. This person should be an inspirational
leader as well as a team player who understands the role of finance in
assisting the company mission. 

Preferred Experience

 

A strong finance background within the technology markets with a
proven track record in corporate planning / budgeting and financial forecasting.

Responsible for the development of standard accounting, analysis and reporting procedures as well as the exercise and achievement of overall financial controls and goals. Formulates
and recommends policies on banking, receipt and disbursement of funds, extension of credit, and fiscal and accounting matters

Experience in a professional financial planning and accounting environment with applicable experience at a managerial level.

Advanced understanding of financial management software.

A proven ability to direct others and operate in a pro-active environment.

Must be comfortable working in multiple systems including Microsoft Office products

 

The successful candidate will be the leader of our finance function and a member
of the Senior Management Team. As the successful candidate, it is essential that you
have a strong understanding of Financial Management Accounting and Treasury functions

 Qualifications:


10+ years experience in a manufacturing or Hi-Tech environment


An undergraduate degree in finance/accounting/business is required;

MBA and/or CPA are highly desirable
