NVIDIA is looking for world-class engineers to join the Video Software Engineering Group to work on the latest digital video technologies on the PC and contribute to our leading PureVideo™ technology. PureVideo™ includes support for the latest HD-DVD and BluRay formats, DRM, as well as advanced Video Processing such as De-interlacing, Sharpening, Scaling, etc.. We are looking for talented engineers who can help with implementing new video features, debugging existing ones, writing tools to improve performance and quality, catch defects and help with investigating new ways to improve the digital video user experience on the PC and keep PureVideo™ ahead of the pack. Minimum Requirements: BS or higher degree in Computer Science, or related degree. Desired GPA: 3.5 Excellent programming skills in C and C++ Experience with digital video and image processing Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative and act as a strong team player Familiarity with Video codecs such as MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, VC1 is highly useful Familiarity with DirectX-VA, MS Vista, MS MediaCenter, is also beneficialEOE
