Are you a seasoned Web Production Manager looking for the opportunity to lead an international publishing team in the creation of a world-class next generation website? RESPONSIBILITIESLeads the global online publishing team in the design, development, testing and technical implementation of website content and applications Manages resources, schedules and budget to ensure timely website changes Solicits customer feedback and drives website usability improvements Develops and maintains the "creative vision" of our corporate websites Researches and evaluates new Internet technologies and capabilities Tracks, analyzes and reports on customer traffic through our websites Drives the website editorial calendar with a focus on marketing alignment Serves as an interdisciplinary liaison between web publishing and other areas in the company, such as Marketing, IT, Finance, and Engineering

REQUIREMENTSTechnical understanding of current and emerging technologies and techniques used to implement Web 2.0 features such as online communities, forums, blogs, wikis, social bookmarking, social networking and other user-generated content Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Works well across a dynamic team environment, partnering with management, peers and employees Expert knowledge of web standards, design and usability, and common web and application architectures A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual, with effective communication skills Demonstrated understanding of translating business objectives into compelling products

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors in Marketing, Online Marketing or related field 5 years experience managing a web team with proven excellence in leadership and project management
