Purpose:As a Lead Technical Architect, you’ll evaluate the impact of technical solutions across the company and drive a technical vision throughout project development, direction and ultimately successful implantation. You’ll drive a strategic technology direction by creating and communicating strategy and supporting an action plan of projects, standards and guidelines.See Yourself: Consulting on large scale, complex cross-pyramid projects to provide project knowledge and expertise to TTS partners and clients Identifying and conducting proof of concepts on new technologies that support business drivers and can efficiently move the business forward Consulting on the use of the enterprise architecture and effectively articulating the rationale behind architectural choices Understanding the wants and needs from the enterprise architecture, articulating architecture’s vision and proactively selling that vision to stakeholders Engaging technical staff in strategies and initiatives and incorporating the collective expertise and insights into a cohesive and comprehensive strategy and implementation plan Driving cost reduction efforts Evaluating vendor products and preparing recommendations for implementation, managing key vendor relationships and leveraging relationships with strategic vendors in order to best achieve business objectives Establishing relationships across the organization to help facilitate strategies with a technical emphasis Establishing formal mentoring relationships with team members to assist with training and technical direction Using experience and expertise to champion ways to increase productivity and drive more efficiency into processes Championing a review of stability and driving opportunities to improve stabilityJob RequirementsMinimum Requirements: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience Ten years of experience in technology development or services Two to three years experience in strategic consulting and setting technical direction Ability to understand business fundamentals and how technologies can support business goals Proven leadership capabilities, including interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and analytical skills Strong team player who understands concepts of teamwork and team effectiveness Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Ability to convey complex technical solutions clearly to an organization Excellent planning and organization skillsDesired Requirements: Advanced technical certifications Advanced degree, Masters or PhD Retail business experience Financial Systems experience Package Systems Implementation and Support experience SAP Architecture experience Multi-Country Delivery Model experienceSee The Rewards Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
