SAT Tester

Description of Specific Duties: -
- The System Acceptance Test Engineer performs a key role in the development and qualification of systems acceptance by the customer.
- The successful candidate will develop and direct others in the development of test specification, test procedures, automated test case and test reports.
- Requirements derived from the developed approach will be driven forward into new requirements/function specification.

Clearance/Citizenship Requirements:-

- Candidate must meet security clearance requirements for Customs and Border Protection.

- U.S. Citizenship is required.

- CBP requires that for the three (3) years prior to the filing of an application for employment, individuals must meet the one or more of the following primary residence criteria:

 

(a) the applicant resided in the United States (short trips abroad, such as vacations, will not necessarily disqualify an applicant); or

(b) the applicant worked for the U.S. Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or military capacity; or

(c) the applicant was a dependent of a U.S. Federal or military employee serving overseas.

Must Have:-
- Bachelors in Science or related field
- At least 3 years experience as a Software Quality Assurance or Software Test Engineer.
- Must possesses a clear understanding with the integration of manual test and automated test plans, as well as structuring test plans and procedures for ACE.
- 3 years experience providing direct support with the following:
  -Client server/Web applications support.
  - Developed written test plan/test cases for quality, error, security and regression testing.
- IV&V background

 

SIT Tester
Description of Specific Duties: -
- Development of test scenarios and test plans.
- The verification of product requirements and functionality.
- Identification and reporting of product defects during system test.
- Delivery of comprehensive test analysis reports of product quality.
- Interaction with developers, testers to identify and duplicate reported problems

Clearance/Citizenship Requirements:-

- Candidate must meet security clearance requirements for Customs and Border Protection.

- 2-3 years experience with working knowledge of DB2, Dynacomm Databases (a plus) support ** Dimensions Project Tracking tool is a plus.
- Should have written test plan/test cases for quality, error, and regression testing
- 3 years experience providing direct support with the following: Client server/Web applications support ** Developed written test plan/test cases for quality, error, security and regression testing
