In every one of them is a team of inventive, capable people…committed to serving their customers and with the drive to meet demanding targets. Engaged in new business, you'll define and implement sales strategies and plans that will outperform quota and deliver net profit. You will be responsible for presenting and closing HP Application and Infrastructure Services Consulting services to State and Local Governments and Education accounts. You will be involved in the total sales cycle including proposal preparation and presentation, cold calling, new client activation and have the ability to take existing clients to the next level. The successful candidate will have consistently demonstrated the ability to exceed an annual quota  in excess of $5 million dollars, manage large revenue and complex deals: multi-national, multi business unit, multi-product line and multi-partner and develop new business while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. A minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in high tech or computer industry selling to State and Local Governments and Education accounts. Must be skilled in the identification, discussion and presentation of the application of IT consulting services to solve complex organization or business problems. Experience in Application Development Solutions, especially MS Solutions at the Enterprise Level is extremely desired.  Strong interpersonal, communication and interaction skills with peers, subordinates and clients at all levels Services Technology knowledge (Solutions/Service and emerging technology knowledge). General understanding of market positioning strategies and sales funnel management.  Create and execute service level agreements to define customer and supplier expectations.  Experience managing cross functional teams including virtual teams Willing to travel to the client site as needed (Up to 60%) B.
