Maxim’s Mission Services capabilities (including command and control, satellite communications, multilevel security and trusted information sharing) will join Accenture National Security Services practice to help Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Agencies and Federal Agency clients achieve high performance. We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer specializing in Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community(IC) and Unified Cross Domain Solutions Office (UCDMO) Certification Test and Evaluation (CT&E) testing.  The Test Engineer will be required to apply knowledge and expertise to support the CT&E testing of new versions of Radiant Mercury system.  Radiant Mercury is the DoD and IC community’s premiere cross domain solution (CDS).  Primary responsibilities include: • Development of security requirement traceability matrixes (SRTMs) • Mapping of Radiant Mercury system requirements and developer Factory Acceptance Test procedures test procedures to the SRTM • Evaluation of developer FAT procedures for completeness  and thoroughness • Develop test procedures to cover any holes in the developers FAT procedures • Develop operating system level test procedures • Develop additional application test procedures as required. • Draft the Radiant Mercury Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Tests Test Plan using DoD and IC and UCDMO guidelines. • Draft the Radiant Mercury IV&V team’s CT&E Test Report • Participate in all phases of the developers FAT testing • Execute the Radiant Mercury IV&V Team’s CT&E test procedures • Document problems discovered during testing • Liaise with the Radiant Mercury Program Office and the Radiant Mercury develop on FAT and CT&E Test issues. • Participate in the configuration of the FAT and RM IV&V test beds   Qualifications Basic Qualifications • Must hold Active Top Secret/SCI clearance• BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar discipline or 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree• 2 years of Systems Engineering and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support Preferred Skills • Testing Cross Domain Solutions• Expertise with Solaris Trusted Operating systems, and Solaris 10 with trusted Extensions• Knowledge of DoD, IC and UCDMO security documents and practices• Experience using the Radiant Mercury system • Ability to develop hardware and software test packages • Overall knowledge of Security principles  Professional Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently To submit resumes online Click Here Role requires US Citizenship due to Client Clearance requirements.    Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
