Job Profile
The Application Launch Manager is responsible for the installation of a completed application into a production environment, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization.

Ideal candidates are experienced in:

Troubleshooting and debugging
Performance Testing
Integration
Hardware and Software
Security and Networks
Architecture

Required Skills:

Java J2EE, Webserver configuration, J2EE application server and database server. Understanding of JVM;
Experience with build and release management for a J2EE Application Server platform;
Web technologies: Java, XML, HTML, HTTP, FTP, XML, CGI, Email and DB connectivity.
