ASP Developer

Position Description:

 

We are actively looking for an intermediate level ASP Developer to join our creative and experienced team.  We have developed a large cutting edge Web Application operating on a Microsoft SQL Server backend to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities across New England.  The right programmer would work with a management design committee to maintain, develop, and extend this recently launched ERP system. This is a great opportunity for the properly motivated individual who wishes to work closely with an excellent team of like-minded individuals.

 

Employee must be able to work on premises. We are not looking for "tele-commuters" who work overseas. Also, prospective employees should be prepared to show past projects and related code.

 

Qualifications:

 

Prospective employee should have strong communication skills as well as an expert understanding of server-side software development, specifically Active Server Pages (ASP) programming. In addition,  database experience (preferably SQL Server 2000+) is a must. Position requires strong understanding of ASP,  JavaScript, CSS and, and familiarity with SQL database design.  Experience with the .NET Framework, specifically ASP.NET using VB.NET, a big plus.

 

Ø  B.S. in computer science or comparable educational experience

Ø  2+ years experience in development/programming

Starting salary $70,000+ commensurate with experience and ability; benefits package included.
