At Daugherty, the SAP BI Lead will be responsible for the successful creation and delivery of SAP BI solutions to include BI Proof of Concepts, Roadmaps and Implementations and/or upgrades.



Position Responsibilities:Reports to the SAP Line of Service Lead/Practice Manager Individual will implement best practices to ensure project focus is aligned with the client’s BW/BI footprint business solution and strategy The Candidate will lead a team of IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing business & functional requirements. Candidate will interface with middle and senior executives to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Individual will be a leader and key contributor in project management of SAP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process Streams / Functional Areas Enjoy the benefits of a professional and friendly culture

 Position Requirements:Demonstrated ability to drive BI strategy and lead/architect a BI solution (e.g. Proof of Concepts; Roadmaps; Implementations) Solid understanding of Netweaver product, how it breaks down and integrates with other SAP products and non-SAP systems Ability to drive BI requirements gathering and work with Business leaders and senior client staff to successfully guide and implement SAP BI solution The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience using SAP's Business Warehouse in areas such as Extractors for master data and transaction data, PSA’s, DSOs, InfoCubes, InfoQueries, InfoSets, ABAP/4 and BEx reporting. (Strong functional and technical background with reporting and data modeling). Minimum of 2 SAP BI/BW Full Life Cycle implementation experience as a project manager/lead (Global implementation experience a plus) Ability to manage senior level SAP BI team members Solid project management experience to include estimating, building/managing teams and FLC solution delivery "Big 4" consulting experience a strong plus (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, BearingPoint) Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills SAP BW certification preferred Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA
