The Customer Service Representative shares the goal of creating an integrated, efficient, stable and scaleable high volume transactional environment and delivering customer supply chain value and satisfaction by achieving the right product, right place and right time. Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  Minimum of 1 year of Telephone Customer Service experience. 1 year of Excel experience including organizing, analyzing and presenting data High School Diploma/GED required. Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree Preferred. SAP R3 experience Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
