DescriptionOrganization:Accenture Learning BPO Services Location:  San Antonio, TX   People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location.  BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services.  These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs.  We offer a full array of business process outsourcing services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness. Our BPO resources can expect to: Incorporate skills which support Accenture Learning and ongoing services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package The Instructional Design Analyst develops training solutions using prescribed tools and according to Content Development Center (CDC) process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.  Has the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, performance simulation and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications.  Requires moderate supervision. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:   BA/BS degree in instructional design, cognitive psychology, English, technical writing or communications 1 year experience with at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training) 3 years experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)Preferred Skills: Experience developing instructional materials in an academic or corporate arena Experience working with and interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather training content Professional Skill Requirements: Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail to ensure quality Strong oral communication skills and the ability to interview SMEs to gather content Proven ability to work independently and as a team member To submit resumes online Click Here     Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
