Account Administrator I / Great job for computer program graduate

CIBER is currently hiring for an Account Administration I role for a project in Wellesley, MA.  A successful candidate will have a professional attitude, maturity, poise and a be eager to learn.  This is a great opportunity to use experience learned in computer training program and grow in an IT career. Primary Responsibility, as part of the Account Management and Provisioning team:·  Utilizing established SOP’s and tools, execute the following tasks daily:·  Create, delete and maintain all network and remote access accounts·  Maintain mobile devices, such as cell phones, pagers and calling cards·  Configure and distribute Blackberries·  Maintain global voicemail accounts  ·  Schedule and resolve any telephony related issues/add/deletions/moves ·  Maintain and support directory level file structure and permissions·  Manage assigned cases efficiently, prioritizing requests as necessary·  Ensuring SLA’s are consistently met·  Escalate exceptional issues to Operations Supervisor as appropriate.·  Additional responsibilities may include the following:·  Configure PCs and Laptops for deployment Experience:  ·  Minimum of 2-4 years of general IT support experience·  Minimum of one year related work experience ·  Experience with Novell, Active Directory, Citrix, Lotus Notes and VPN is desired·  Experience using a Call tracking system such as Clarify, Remedy etc. Required Skills:·  Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)·  Ability to multi-task in and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast paced customer focused role ·  Demonstrated troubleshooting/problem solving skills·  Professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail·  Ability to successfully team with colleagues as well as work independently·  Typing requirement Education:·  HS diploma required·  Associates degree or technical school degree is preferred·  A+ certification is desired *Face to face interview in Wellesley required*Must pass online typing evaluation*A target start date for this job is May 5, 2008*Drug test and background check are required before starting For consideration, please contact: John M.
