Provide exceptional client support for the high-profile Silicon Valley clients of a successful IT consulting firm and thrive in our team-oriented environment! As our Account Coordinator, you will schedule our engineers for client engagements and also serve as the "voice" of InfoPartners, delivering excellent customer service to both clients and in-house staff. This is a critical support position that could serve as the entry point to various career paths within our growing company including Accounting, Project Management, Office Management, Account Management or Sales. As Account Coordinator, you will be based in our headquarters in San Carlos, CA. Your primary mission is the accurate scheduling of engineers for client engagements on a hourly to monthly basis, so your MS Outlook skills and attention to detail will be important. Previous client-facing experience and excellent communication skills will enable you to maintain and grow client relationships on multiple accounts while providing top-notch customer service. Your ability to operate under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively will ensure your success in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. A background in IT or engineering is not necessary, but an aptitude for understanding technology and an interest in the industry will serve you well in this role.
