Your responsibilities...

Telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Recruit, interview and place highly skilled IT professionals.
Responsible for solidifying ProTech Systems Group, Inc. presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
Contact supervisors to determine candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.

Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.

Generate new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, territory planning and relationship building.  

Focusing on medium to large size accounts, with an annual staffing spend ranging from $250k-$4million

Ability to pick up the phone every day.

Proven sales and/or technical background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions.
