Account Executive/Staffing

Tired of being on the front line of the economy?  Try servicing the public sector.  We have a golden opportunity for a seasoned Account Executive (someone who has worked both sides of the desk preferably) to blossom with our 23 year old private company.  We place IT professionals in public sector contract assignments. Business is good and growing.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 Source staff augmentation opportunities with new customers Make a minimum of five field sales calls daily Weekly reporting and forecasting of opportunities Meet/exceed monthly profit goals and stretch goals Present quarterly Operational Reviews to Executive Management Build a continual pipeline of business through uncovering new projects with existing customers

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 Minimum of 6 to 8 years of field staffing sales experience in a technology environment (quantifiable experience w/billing history)Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations in a professional manner Strong communication and organizational skills in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling client meetings,and generating profit Knowledge of working with contracts Strategic business acumen skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in fluid enviornmentSuccessful completion of background screening process

 

Minimum Education and Experience

 A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Sales, or related fields. Experience selling IT/Technology staffing solutions to high level contacts Strong written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills Knowledge of technical architecture, application and software development, data warehousing, business intelligence, ERP (SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Oracle, etc), and infrastructure. Experience in the Public sector preferred
