Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervising general ledger, inventory accounting and fixed assets functions Responsible month-end close activities & meet all related deadlines Maintaining proper reconciliation of all G/L accounts and integrity of financial statements Review and analysis monthly financial statements, various G/L accounts and allocations of expenses Responsible for accounting for fixed assets and depreciation related activities Coordinating intercompany activities between various sites Prepare and review audit schedules for quarterly review and annual audit Confirm proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions and policies Assist with implementing and monitoring various corporate accounting policies and procedures Assist with monthly global consolidations and management reporting Coordinate with I/T for various financial system changes Assisting with various projectsExperience: Minimum 5-7 years of related accounting experience Hands-on experience in managing general ledger related function US GAAP and compliance experienceEducation: Bachelor degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant preferredOther: Solid foundation in Accounting Must be hands-on and detail oriented Strong analytical skill Excellent communication (oral and written) skill Ability to work in team environment Able to influence, train and mentor staff to achieve the objectives Self starter with ability to prioritize workload Ability to identify areas and make recommendations for improvements on existing process A strong work ethics and the energy to be committed to a fast paced environmentInterested candidates please email your resume to staffing@synnex.com EOE
