Accounts Receivable Representative

 

Opportunity:

Catalyst Technology Group, Inc. is a technology consulting firm seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Rep with the ability to work remotely.  The position is responsible for invoicing and collections.  The successful candidates should be able to learn about IT products and services and will be required to gain an understanding of agreement types and billing structures.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Perform invoicing in accordance to customer agreements.

· Work with customers to reconcile any outstanding accounts and work with collection agency, if necessary.

· Prepare, analyze and distribute weekly accounts receivable aging reports.

· Prepare timely notifications of all problematic accounts receivable matters to management.

· Report and prepare Excel spreadsheets, as necessary.

· Identify potential problem areas in accounts receivable

· Handle special projects as necessary

 

 

Qualifications:

· Technology knowledge is strongly preferred since the products and services are highly technical in nature.

· References to support a proven track record of working well with others.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills.

· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

· 2-3 years of accounts receivable / collections experience.

· Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting applications.

· Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check


Compensation:

Status:  Part-time flexible schedule, work from home, approximately 10-15 hours per week.  Position will be eligible to transition into full-time.

Experience: 2-3 years
