JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS MUST have experience in Marketing, Sales and Market Share DataAdministrative Assistant position supporting Sales Department.3-5 years of experience supporting a sales or marketing department. Responsible for coordinating and compiling market share data. Assist with data entry and reporting from various opportunity tracking and data management/account management systems. Compile sales reports. Assist with presentations development. Also responsible for other general administrative duties. Must be extremely proficient in Excel. Knowledge of other data base management systems a plus. General computer skills a mustAbility to handle multiple requests and shifting priorities essential. Must possess sound reasoning and judgment and have the to ability to work well with a variety of people (customers, contractors, distributors, sales team, factory resources. etc.)Must be able to multi-task, must be very organized and pay attention to detail. REQUIRED SKILLS: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook  EDUCATION: Minimum: High School or GED  Maximum: Bachelor's Degree PREFERRED:  Expert Level in Excel and experience with Pivot tables.
