Advanced Programs/System Engineer - TS/SSBI

Job Title: Advanced Programs/System EngineerJob Code: HTSC01081082Job Description: Assist in business development efforts by performing needs assessment and recognizing opportunities. Write proposals which may include staffing and equipment requirements, planning, and cost analysis. Estimate labor and material costs for IT engineering and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities, based on request for proposal (RFP) data submitted by prospective customers.   Qualifications: Minimum: 15+ years with Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience Strong engineering skills with focus on IT Strong analytical and logic skills Strong technical writing skills Solid MS Office skills and knowledge Good speaking skills  Experience: Experience with proposal development is preferred ITIL certification is desirable Experience with customer relationship management and opportunity tracking as well as experience with a variety of contract types including cost plus fixed fee, fixed price, award fee, and performance based contracting are preferred Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
