The analyst will support the client team by supporting the requirements workshop(s), facilitating requirements related meetings, managing issues and action items related to requirements, providing user training, and supporting user acceptance testing. Develops and documents testable requirements Creates and delivers simple presentation materials Manages and resolves action items and issues Assists in analysis Facilitates requirements discussions Documents meeting and discussion results Assists development team in understanding and implementing requirements Prepare and presents baseline evaluation materials Assists users in completing baseline evaluations Assists in formal testing Prepares and presents training materials Supports user acceptance testing Supports Client Validation ActivitiesPositions Requirements: Understands the software development process Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates a customer orientation Demonstrates attention to detail Demonstrates good judgment Demonstrates team orientation Demonstrates self-motivation and continued learning Willing to travel (normally up to 50%) Bachelors degree Three to five years experience in IT consulting or pharmaceutical projects Experience in any of the following is a plus: work planning, effort estimation, sales support, training, pharmaceutical industry knowledge, Documentum, FirstDoc or pharmaceutical publishing toolsEssential Job Functions Technical: Support technical design activities related to application software, data, databases, packaged solutions, and infrastructure components. Technical: Design, develop, and distribute technical reusable components. Technical: Participate in the selection, acquisition, configuration, and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components. Methodology: Contribute to applying the Catalyst framework, in the role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement. Management: Lead a team of 3-5 CSC resources, in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase. Business: Assist with gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition. Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues. Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Three or more years of experience in technical analysis and design Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology Experience working with software, hardware, data and testing standards Experience working with delivery assurance principles and procedures Other Qualifications Strong analysis and design skills Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative technical solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
