COMSYS has a Great Opportunity for Business Analyst with local St. Louis Company. This is a long term contract (up to 60 months)in an excellent work environment.Primary Responsibilities1) Day-to-day and long term support for Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS). Includes configuration, coordination with vendor, training and support.2) Support Microsoft Great Plains and RMS integration.3) Assist with reporting and analytics. RAMP experience and/or experience with Microsoft SQL Server a plus.4) Assist with SAP and RMS customization efforts.5) End user support and training.Required Technical Skills1) Analyst-Business Application Support - Expert with 2 year(s) experience.2+ years experience with Microsoft RMS software configuration in a multi store environment required.2) IT Strategy Consultant - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.As part of team, assist with long term planning for gift shop retail systems.3) Analyst-Production Support - Expert with 2 year(s) experience.Ability to work with customers and produce reports and new processes to support gift shops.4) Analyst-Business Application Support - Expert with 2 year(s) experience.2+ years experience interfacing RMS to accounting packages such as Great Plains or SAP.Preferred Technical Skills1) DBA-SQL Server - Intermediate with 1 year(s) experience.Ability to review database schema's and work with internal DBA to optimize RMS configuration and overall architecture.2) Developer-Crystal Reports - Intermediate with 2 year(s) experience.Ability to generate new reports using Crystal Reports or other tools.
