SMC’s Commercial Division is looking for an Analyst/Developer to become part of our team with an enterprise commercial client in Baltimore, MD. As an Analyst/Developer, the qualified candidate must possess the following background.



 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Experience with the administration and configuration of HP Asset Center and/or HP Service Manger Products

· Experience with Oracle Databases and Web Development

· Ability to independently analyze requests, develop functional requirements, and estimate costs and effort.

· Ability to design and implement technical solutions within HP Asset Center and HP Service Center products.

· Ability to communicate clearly; both verbal and written

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

· Familiarity with ITIL /ITSM framework and best practices

· Familiarity with implementing IT Service Management Products
