Job Summary:

 

This position is responsible for the application development and support for all parts of the company. Primary responsibility includes development and maintenance of Nyhart/Alliance Benefit Group business applications and websites as well as process improvement and support of business users.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Application development and analysis/process improvement for all departments in the company

2. Responsible for project leadership on assigned projects. This may include developing and following a detailed project plan and working with business units to set and meet deadlines and user expectations.

3. Support and maintenance of the internet and business application environment

4. Limited technical support of business users

5. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

 

1. BS in Computer Science or related field

2. Expertise/experience in web and application development using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Crystal Reports in a Microsoft .NET environment

3. Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

5. Excellent communication skills in interacting with all staff levels, internal customers, and vendors
