We are looking for people who are passionate about solving complex business problems through the understanding of shopper and consumer data that leads to better understanding and improved brand equity.

We operate within three industry verticals that our analysts are placed into, based on skill and business need, which are:  Retail – Grocery and other consumer marketsManufacturer - Consumer Goods / CPG  Communication - Direct Mail and Direct Marketing

For career development purposes, we will from time to time rotate personnel through our industry verticals to enrich their career experiences.

 

Specific Responsibilities:Working closely with internal and external clients on delivering data solutions via a high volume and very large data warehousesLeading an offshore development and operations hub to transition the campaign operationsDemonstrate leadership in improving operational efficiency for other business service lines by automating and transitioning campaign operations to offshore hub.Working with teams globally to create standard campaign solutions that can be implemented for any retail client anywhere in the world.

 

EssentialExpert in system analysis and designExpert in SAS 9 programming development and debug techniquesIn depth knowledge of SAS 9 architecture for creating standard modules and macros in improving process efficiency and performance3 or more years experience in the full software development lifecycleExperience with high volume Data Warehousing applicationsWorking knowledge of LINUX including shell programmingExperience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and leading a team for software development and process delivery Bachelor degree preferably in a computer related field

 

DesirablePrior Experience in working and leading an offshoring IT teamUnderstanding Campaign Business for designing and implementing effective campaign data solutions preferably for Retail IndustryOracle development experienceSAS Data Integration Studio experienceSAS Enterprise Guide 4.1Oracle 9i/10gCronacle scheduling package experienceSecond languageAnalytics

 

 

 

 

Location

Dunnhumby USA currently has development openings in Cincinnati OH.

 

Compensation
