The Application Developer's job requirements and responsibilites are, but not limited to:Development/enhancement of M.C. Dean, Inc.’s Employee Portal, an integrated suite of database driven web application with MOSS 2007 (Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services);3+ years of hands-on experience in software development in following programming languages and technologies:MS SharePoint development and integration in ASP.NET 2.0ASP.Net 2.0 Web Development with C#.Net 2.0 Windows Forms development with C#. MS SQL Server 2005 Database experience and excellent Stored Procedure skills;Understand .NET framework and object oriented development concepts and SharePoint Portal related integration, customization;Excellent organization and time management skills;Excellent communications and requirement analysis skills;Interpersonal skills, conflict management skills.Required Experience

The job requirements are:Security Clearance - REQUIREDBS degree in an applicable field (BSCS preferred); Must possess 3+ years of experience in software engineering;IIS Web servers experience; SQL Server Database experience;Microsoft Windows RMS (right management system) experience is a plus;The ability to work in a team environment;
