Our client, an innovative leader in the health and well-being industry, who has ranked among the most admired health care companies in America in the annual Fortune magazine survey for the last 10 years. A company where people are constantly learning and acquiring new skills. This innovative company is looking for a few Application Developers - Computer Telephony Integration.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop, test, deploy a call center desktop with a focus on CTI integration with Cisco's ICM along with softphone control and a soft wall board application.

Add advanced features such as chat, collaboration, and portal integration.

Work with other application development teams on integration.

Ensure consistency of testing, measurements, and outcomes.

Mentor other developers who may know how to code, but are less familiar with a call center technologies and processes.



Qualifications Include:

Relevant Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent.

Strong applications development experience including JAVA, .Net, Web Services, database, HTML, ActiveX, etc...

Experience working with a call center environment.

Strong CTI background preferred.

Aptitude to learn and implement new technology capabilities.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Project management experience preferred.

Proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio).

Technical understanding of telecom hardware (e.g., PBX, ACD, IVR, Call Routing).

Strong technical skills.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Dependable and consistent.

Highly collaborative individual with ability to build strong professional relationships.
