The responsibilities of this position are to analyze requirements, design, develop, document, test and rollout world-class Real-Time Client/Server applications that provide authoring, editing, publishing and distribution functionality that beat our competition in terms of the timeliness of the processing speed and the quickness of the user interface. In addition, the candidate will need to comprehend complex application architecture models and align the appropriate architecture solutions to support business needs. The candidate will also be responsible for providing ongoing support for applications that are already in production.Position Requirements:The ideal candidate should have minimum five years of experience in object-oriented design, system architecture and development of real-time, multi-threaded client/server applications using .Net and C# in Windows environment. In addition to knowing how to design and develop in Windows, the candidate must be very familiar with the nuances of the internals of windows in order to write exceedingly high performance applications. Also, the candidate must have very strong analytical skills. Strong experience with C++ and Win32/MFC development and experience in using Microsoft browser control as an editor in thick .net client applications are a major plus. The successful candidate will be expected to confidently take part in and/or lead design sessions and be able to discuss the virtues of various possible solutions. In addition they will be expected to be able to produce both high and low level design documents that clearly express the design details.The candidate must have experience in performance analysis, tuning, optimizing and debugging .net applications. In addition, the candidate must have minimum five years of experience in designing and developing Graphical User Interfaces in Windows environment.
