Applications Trainer

We are a national IT solutions provider in need of full-time Trainer w/ 2-3 years of Law Firm Training experience. The candidate will be required to:

Provide training to law firms on the following:  iManage/Interwoven, Hummingbird DM, MS Office applications, Elite, Legal MacPac, DeltaView, etc.. 

To qualify for this immediate opening, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

2-3 years of training experience.  Law firm experience a big plus!
Outgoing, professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Professional approach in client environment.
