Title:  Asset Administrator / Project Control Specialist

Location: Las Vegas, NV

• Responsible for performing functions associated with the acquisition of asset and services necessary to support IT Services goals/initiatives and administration of federal owned assets.
• Coordination and performance of identification (tagging), issuance, inventory, storage, excess disposition, reporting of assets, shipping & receiving and verification and inspection of equipment against purchase orders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
• 2 -3 years of relevant experience in asset / property administration.
• 2 years recent experience in federal contractor asset administration.
• Familiarity with Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR).
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
•Strong organizational and project planning skills
•Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on multiple projects.
•Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Physical ability to lift 50 lbs of computer equipment, which includes laptops, servers, S/W, and H/W. Local off-site travel as necessary.

DESIRED:
•Working knowledge of Industry standard barcode scanning devices/equipment.
•Experience with automated property control systems.
