Key Responsibilities: •Implement a module of one package and the business process around that module •Model business processes in a functional area on to the package •Communicate with the client independently •Implement methodologies •Understand the integration with other business processes/applications•Lead small teams•Pre-sales support Technical Requirements: - Full Life Cycle  Implementation on People soft EPM version 8.8 upwards- Excellent understanding of Business Intelligence domain and ability to articulate on Datawarehousing implementation methodologies - Good Understanding of EPM Analytics- Preference for Implementation in Retail & Finacial Services Domain- Should have been through one implementation preferably from the configuration stage- Worked on areas of project scoping, requirements gathering, user training, & testing- Understanding methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications- Experience in conducting Scoping Study, Package Evaluation and Demo/CRP at client sites Behavioral Requirements:  - Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills- 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience required - Must have Bachelor's.
