After 8 years in sales I defined the perfect sales position and set out to find an organization that would fulfill my list.  I wanted:

3)  A challenge that would test my intelligence and abilities.

4)  A structure that allowed for a guaranteed base plus high rewards in compensation based on effort and abilities.

5)  No Travel

6)  An organization with a proven sales process, stability, and database of leads.

7)  Reputation as the best in their industry.

8)  A consistent and high demand for the product and or service.

9)  Weekends off.
