CALL CENTER PRACTICE OVERVIEW
Our Call Center Practice provides services and solutions that enable our clients to achieve true Operational Excellence in their Call Center environment. Through the combination of deep industry subject matter expertise with proven methodologies, we are able to develop and implement road maps & solutions that are most appropriate for the Client and their customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The right candidates to join our team will be responsible for providing expert technical support and architectural leadership for our clients regarding their call center environments.  We are looking for resources that have strong business sense and practical knowledge combined with extensive subject matter expertise to provide strategic direction to our clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES / EXPERIENCE
•  5+ years of experience in supporting PBX/ACD systems
•  Experience with Avaya 8700 systems with CM 2.x and above
•  3+ years of experience in the configuration and support of Avaya PDS (formely Mosaix)
•  Experience with PDS R12 or greater
•  Working knowledge of Campaign Director

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Must live in the Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL areas
•  US Citizenship required
•  Self-motivated and self-managed with high degree of honesty and integrity
