BPM Analyst

Our client has an ongoing need for Business Analysts who understand large enterprise systems to perform process modeling using BPM.   Must have experience in process modelling and in data, understand interface integration points between large systems and how they large systems get populated, understand the dependencies between them, understand ETL - good analyst in Ramsey's world will know SQL, won't be a guru, or be able to write SQL queries, BUT understands data at a mechanical level.  You will be providing a process model for end to end integration analysis   Must be able to understand the complexity of data and its' relationship at an old company - where it has been massaged for many many years.  You have to act like a detective, and find stuff out - and what it means.  Analysts are defining requirements to extract data to populate interfaces.  The skillsets are generalist, indepth SQL is not necessary.
