Our goal is to offer a great selection of high quality linens and textiles at an affordable price.  Ø  Anna’s fosters a stable, growing, professional work environment!Ø  Anna’s appreciates and respects employee initiative!Ø  Anna’s is committed to investing in their staff!  We are currently considering candidates for the following opportunity:BUSINESS  SYSTEMS  ANALYST Position Summary:  Review, test, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.  Responsible for managing the successful implementation of information systems as directed by BSA manager.  Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases.  Support the development of requirements for new systems, validation of system suitability, and delivery of training and user manuals for custom systems.  Supports users with ongoing problem resolution and assists them with specifications for new applications and enhancements. Qualifications· Experience: Prior knowledge of and experience with Information Systems· Must demonstrate strong communication and written skills· Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills· Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEssential Duties and Responsibilities ·  Provide users support in all facets of systems used by Anna's Linens Including JDA’s MMS, WMS and Retail Ideas, MID Allocation System, Inovis Trusted Link and Bizlink EDI software, Crystal Reports and any other or custom system implemented by Anna's Linens.·  Educate the users on the business processes and related system capabilities.  Provide understanding of the new productivity tools.  Develop training manuals as appropriate.·  Coordinate with users and development staff to define and document user requirements for system development, enhancements and changes.·  Develop and execute QA and UAT (quality assurance and user acceptance testing) test plans and test cases to support system implementations, enhancements and changes.·  Identify user and system problems and work with technical staff to document and resolve.·  Other duties as defined by BSA manager. Equipment/Software Used ·  PC ·  Microsoft Office, JDA, SQL, Crystal Reports, MID Allocation System, Testbench  APPLY NOW! – Local qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their resume to marc.shay@annaslinens.com attached as an MS Word document. – APPLY NOW!
