Could also provide project based business analyst role as a secondary activity. Primary Responsibilities   Receive and track daily second tier call volume. Analyze problems and provide direct second tier support when possible. Recommend issues that require third tier support and help management prioritize these issues. Provide data analysis in Oracle and SQL Server as needed. Excellent verbal/written communication skills to facilitate interaction with customer and IT staff. Excellent writing skills to facilitate creation of both technical and non-technical documents. Ability to clearly set priorities and to quickly adjust to customer driven changes, while maintaining great attention to detail. Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to application, environment, and data issues. Ability to write detailed business requirements and/or use cases.
