Business Consultant

Description:Business Consultants are responsible for participating in the development, assessment, maintenance, and/or enhancement of business applications as related to public sector clients. Specific tasks for this opportunity include: - Requirements Analysis: Verify that system requirements and software performance have been prepared in accordance with standard set success criteria. - Design Analysis: verify that the design and implementation phases of the Project are performed in accordance with the project development plan. - Independent Testing and Analysis: develop the IV&V test plan, review the test work products, evaluate the testing process, and integrate the independent testing tasks.Qualifications:- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing IV&V services for large system development project- A BS/BA degree in an information technology related field- Minimum of 3 years previous IV&V experience- Strong communications, leadership and analytical skills- Previous experience working with a State Government department as either a consultant or employee; State Health and Human Service systems and/or Child Care systems experience highly preferred.Salary/Benefits: > $75,000Job Location: Denver, COJob Number: 2743BRCompany URL: http://www.firstdata.com/careersCompany Profile:At First Data Corporation, we make buying and selling easier.
