SME should possess a minimum of 10 years experience COOP Planning, Business Continuity Planning or Disaster Recovery and be proficient in relevant principles and techniques of modern COOP planning.  SME will conduct COOP planning for the client to include: Information Gathering; Risk Analysis; Business Impact Analysis; Strategy Options Analysis; Plan Design & Documentation; Maintenance & Exercise Program Development and Maintenance; Create and Administer Awareness & Training Programs; Ensure COOP requirements are a consideration of customer as part of normal operational support; Coordinate COOP activities internally and externally with those entities identified by the client.  Participate in COOP working groups; administer/operate COOP software.  Identify and implement COOP technical solutions in support of an overall COOP Program; Coordinate with COOP personnel before, during and after COOP events on behalf of the client; Participate in post mortems after COOP Events and Exercises to improve the Program.Master's Degree required.To apply, please submit your resume through the CAREERS page of the TCS website at www.telecomsys.com
